It is an interesting experience to do a crossing from Vila Real de Santo Antonio in the Algarve to Ayamonte in Spain, it takes 12 minutes and you can even take your car, the vessels operating, one Portuguese one Spanish can take up to 7 cars and you dock at the city centre of both places giving time to exploit, photos 18th July
