I have sailed recently on BARFEUR, the 1992 year built Brittany Ferries ship, she is named after the village of Barfleur, just round the corner from Cherbourg, the home port of the ship for her crossings to Poole in the UK, after disembark, with some spare time decided to do the 25 minute drive to Barfleur and make a few photos, this is a very picturesque seaside village, with the reputation for being one of the most beautiful villages in France, this "post" is a tribute to the local fishing trawlers, Barfleur my kind of place. 28.9.2015
