THE GERMAN LINER "KAISER WILHELM DER GROSSE" OF 1897

The German passenger ship "KAISER WILHELM DER GROSSE" booked a place in maritime history, she gained for the first time for Germany, the famous Blue Riband, she crossed the Atlantic in 5 days and 20 hours, she was built at the end of 19th century in 1897, had a GT of 14.349 and a speed of 22.5 knots, she was also the first massive passenger liner to have four funnels fitted, she was scuttled during first World War.
